These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and cekap33 (hereinafter referred to as "cekap33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at cekap33.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through cekap33, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

• "Balance" — the total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by cekap33 to confirm a User's eligibility to access the platform.
• "Platform" — the online casino and sports betting services provided by cekap33 via cekap33.cam, including all games, betting markets, and associated features.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by the User in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent, held in the Account and available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Services" — all gambling-related and ancillary services offered by cekap33, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and customer support.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "User" / "Player" / "Member" — any individual who has registered a valid account on the platform and uses its services.

To register and maintain an account on cekap33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and be of sound mind to do so.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or agent of cekap33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from cekap33 through a self-exclusion programme or barred by cekap33 for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party in respect of your account or any wagers placed thereon.

cekap33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. The platform operates under international gaming licensing and does not claim regulation by any Malaysian government authority. Online gambling may be restricted under Malaysian law; players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local legislation before registering.

4.1 Registration

You may register only one account on cekap33. Each User is entitled to hold a single account at any one time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

4.2 KYC Verification

cekap33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Full account functionality — including deposits above the minimum threshold and all withdrawals — may be restricted until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. You may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership or authorisation for any payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
• A selfie photograph alongside your identification document, where required.

cekap33 processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and, where required, by appointed third-party identity verification services. We are committed to treating all submitted documents with strict confidentiality.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify cekap33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. cekap33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cekap33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on payment provider processing times, bank operating hours, and KYC status. cekap33 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR transactions; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the account, unless otherwise approved by our finance team following identity verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed from the affected funds.
• cekap33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Withdrawal requests that are subject to ongoing investigations may be temporarily held pending resolution.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cekap33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transaction activity is monitored for suspicious patterns. We reserve the right to file reports with relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to criminal activity. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions may be suspended without prior notice.

cekap33 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to its Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated on each individual bonus offer.
• Maximum Bet: When bonus funds are active in your account, maximum stake limits apply — typically between RM50 and RM250 per bet, spin, or hand. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, including baccarat and roulette, may contribute only 10–20%. Sports bets may have variable contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are stated on individual bonus pages.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or systematically abuse bonus terms — including through the use of low-risk or risk-free betting patterns — will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal of winnings, and account closure.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through cekap33. Specific game rules, payout tables, and market-specific conditions are published within the individual game or betting market interfaces.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on cekap33, including slot games, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's paytable or information screen. The theoretical RTP of any game does not guarantee specific outcomes to individual players.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cekap33 — including markets for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed; the odds at confirmation are binding.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to brief delays inherent to live data feeds. cekap33 is not responsible for natural latency between real-world events and live odds updates.
• cekap33 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of palpable pricing errors, system malfunctions, or match-fixing.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be triggered. Partial wins or cancelled selections within an accumulator are handled in accordance with standard industry practice.

7.3 Void Bets & System Malfunctions

In the event of a game or betting system malfunction, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the player. cekap33 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cekap33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in doing so for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or multiplying bonus claims.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, live dealer games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's games or systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to customer support immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the customer relationship.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing account access or in-game assets in exchange for real-world value outside the platform's intended mechanisms.
• Any conduct that, in cekap33's reasonable judgment, constitutes an attempt to defraud the platform or other users.

All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, game software, graphics, text, images, audiovisual content, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the cekap33 platform are the exclusive property of cekap33 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, downloading, scraping, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any platform content without the prior written consent of cekap33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cekap33, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your gambling decisions or outcomes.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Errors in game results arising from technical malfunctions, where stakes have been returned in accordance with our void bets policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and cekap33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

cekap33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The Account is connected to money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
• The User is a minor or has otherwise failed to satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are handled in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

cekap33 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).

Your continued use of cekap33 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cekap33 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions in an attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. Disputes relating to individual wager settlements or account-level decisions may first be referred to our customer support team for internal review, which will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any Malaysian court or a waiver of any rights conferred under international law applicable to the licensing jurisdiction.
